High-fiber Ten-grain Congee

| Dried longans | 4pcs | 6pcs | 8pcs |
| Qi Zi | 1/2tbsp | 1tbsp | 1 1/2tbsps |
| Water | 320ml | 450ml | 700ml |
Method
1. Rinse ten grains and soak for 10 minutes. Drain.
2. Pre-heat the food jar with hot water for 10 minutes.
3. Cook ten grains and water over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add Qi Zi and dried longans. Cook for another 5 minutes. Pour into the food jar and remain covered for 3 hours (or overnight, for breakast). Serve.
TIP:Season with salt or sugar according to personal flavor.
