High-fiber Ten-grain Congee

Ingredients
Ten grains 25g 35g 50g
Dried longans 4pcs 6pcs 8pcs
Qi Zi 1/2tbsp 1tbsp 1 1/2tbsps
Water 320ml 450ml 700ml


Method
1. Rinse ten grains and soak for 10 minutes. Drain.
2. Pre-heat the food jar with hot water for 10 minutes.
3. Cook ten grains and water over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add Qi Zi and dried longans. Cook for another 5 minutes. Pour into the food jar and remain covered for 3 hours (or overnight, for breakast). Serve.

TIP:Season with salt or sugar according to personal flavor.
