Warranty
Thank you very much for your purchase of Zojirushi home appliance/ stainless steel thermal vacuum cooking pot. We guarantee to offer free service from the date of purchase/redemption within the limit of the following conditions:
1. For purchasing, the original purchase receipt should be presented when service is rendered.For redemption, this guarantee certificate is valid only with redemption centre’s chop and date of redemption when service is rendered.
2. This guarantee certificate will only be valid when the model number stated on this certificate corresponds with that of the product.
3. We guarantee to offer one year free service for electric home appliance.
4. We guarantee to offer five years free service for the insulated container and one year for the inner pan of the stainless steel thermal vacuum cooking pot.
5. Within the guarantee period commencing from the date of purchase/ redemption, we are responsible for repairing or replacing defective parts which in our judgement is caused under normal use, excluding cabinet, consumptive parts and accessories. Any defective part which has been replaced will become our property.
6. Client is responsible for transportation of the unit to and from Zojirushi Service Centre for repair.
7. This guarantee certificate is valid only in Hong Kong and Macau.
8. This guarantee certificate will automatically be void if:
- it has been explicitly or implicitly modified, tampered with or repaired in any way by persons not authorized by this company, or
- it has been damaged through misuse, negligence, non-household use, accident, insects, natural calamities or external factor, or
- it has become malfunctional due to power interruption or abnormal voltage input.

For products that are outside warranty, customer shall pay the inspection fee first. Inspection fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
After repair of the products or replacement of parts thereof, the amount of the inspection fee will be deducted from the repair charge payable by the customer.
The customer will be required to pay the balance of the repair charge upon collection of the products.
*The customer will be required to present original receipt for warranty service.
